STUDIO CLASSES


Bitty Boppers (9 months - 2 years)

Bond with your bitty one in our beginner’s class that buzzes with delight. Explore breathing techniques, creative ways to move the body plus lots of other surprises. This is wonderful for children's sensory, attention span and social skill development – plus lots of fun! Caregivers and extended family members are welcome too!

Time Length: 55 minutes


Side By Side (Age 2 - 4 years)

Take a break and share with your little one as you sneak in some personal bliss. Featuring magical journeys, rhythmic games, art and many other delights this class focuses on five areas: breathing exercises, creative body movement, nature positions inspired from yoga, kinesthetic activities and visualization. Our interactive format is an ideal way to meet other parents of toddlers. Caregivers and extended family members are welcome too!

Time Length: 45 Minutes


Tiny Shakers (Age 2 - 4 years)

This class offers an energy bursting, imaginative practice shaped just for little tots! Imagination is key, as we use rhythmic body movement and nature positions inspired from yoga to travel to deep outer space, the zoo, circus, rainforest, tropical islands and more. Children are encouraged to develop their sensory, motor and social skills while having fun in a group setting.

Time Length: 45 Minutes


Mini Wigglers (Age 4 - 6 years)

Ideal for kids who love to move, we encourage students to access the power of self-expression while they twist, wiggle, laugh and relax. Children will collaborate in constructing the playful exploration of the class as they develop self-esteem and learn key principles of breathing, balance and motion, finer muscle control and sequencing skills.

Time Length: 45 Minutes


Artful Movers (Age 6 - 12 years)

Rhythmic fusion and nature positions inspired from yoga are woven together with music, themes and exciting adventures through our entertaining approach to creative movement. The class engages kids in a way that their growing bodies and minds can relate to. Emphasis is placed on improving body awareness through combinations of locomotor and non-locomotor sequences. Students will additionally learn breathing and relaxation techniques to increase concentration and instill a sense of positive wellbeing.

Time Length: 55 Minutes


Twistn Tweens / Teens (Age 10 - 18 years)

Our teen session encourages students to tune out the media blitz and peer pressure expectations surrounding them as they tap into their core strength and discover that self-power rocks! Creative and vinyasa elements are set to music that teens like best as they explore individual, partner and group rhythmic movement. The intention of this upbeat instruction is to provide teens with tools that extend beyond their practice. Emphasis is placed on overall body conditioning, focus training, stress management and relaxation techniques. A great supplement for athletic cross training!

Buddhi Bonding (Age 4-6 years & Age 6-12 years)

Kids make parent flow more fun! Get ready to awaken the child in all of us as you appreciate a session for the entire family. Creative body movement, nature positions inspired from yoga and soothing relaxation are mixed up with music, games, and oodles of fun. Enjoy a time-out that builds a strong foundation and motivates family bonding. Pre-registration required.

KRTales (Toddler - 6 years)

In KRTales, participants become the storytellers as they use their bodies to share themes from popular tales. KRTales is an innovative program for children that aids in building a foundation for early literacy and a healthy lifestyle. The class teaches beginning principles of body appreciation, breathing techniques and relaxation. Children are also encouraged to develop their sensory, motor and social skills while having fun in a group setting.

Time Length: 45 Minutes


KRCrafts (Age 5 and up)

Merge heart with hand in this delightful class that opens a channel to individual creative expression. Inspired by rich cultural tales and beautiful art traditions from across the globe, class starts with an imaginative journey into the world of themed movement and relaxation. To balance it all out, we come together for an enchanting session of artistic tinkering. Stick design, wind chimes, mandalas and kite making are among the array of art projects we will explore throughout the season.

Time Length: 2 Hours


Pajama Players (Age 5 - 12)

It is time to wiggle your body with a twist - PJs! Pull on your pajamas and join us for a special evening filled with creative movement, nature positions inspired from yoga, giggles and goodies. The magic begins with a body expressive journey straight from the pages of our favorite tales. Next we move on to games, pampering aromatherapy hand/foot rubs and a surprise craft project. Of course the night would not be complete without some scrumptious sleepy time relaxation imagery. Healthy snack included. Pre-registration required.

Time Length: 2.5 Hours


Special Saturday (All ages)

This free trial event is intended for individuals and families new to kidsrevolving. Our informative sample classes explode with self-expression as creative body movement, nature positions inspired from yoga and soothing relaxation are mixed up with music, games, and oodles of fun. Pre-registration required. Check schedule for dates.

Time Length: 20 Minutes Per Session.


PRIVATE CLASSES

Are you seeking a kids or family class but cannot coordinate your schedule to ours? Perhaps you prefer to bend, balance and breathe within the comfort of your own home. kidsrevolving will customize a session especially for your needs. Mats, music and props provided. Each class includes up to four participants. There is an additional fee for larger groups. Please call to schedule.

Why Bring Yoga To Your School

Yoga sets a strong foundation through which youths are encouraged to grow into confident, clear-thinking, responsible individuals. Practicing yoga teaches students to concentrate, release tension and develop inner qualities such as patience and insight. The sequence of exercises also supports body development by enhancing coordination, stimulating the nerves and toning the internal organs. Stress Buster Workshop (Ages 8 - 18)

Yoga postures, balancing flow and guided relaxation imagery are combined with music, themes and a serious amount of fun as participants move freely, breathe deeply and smile peacefully!


Workshop Includes:

* Stress triggers discussion: school, media, responsibilities, relationships, etc.

* Three breathing exercises

* Yoga program - individual, partner & group poses

* Three guided visualization exercises

* Stress buster techniques for multiple scenarios
